24 Gauge 45 degree Sheet Metal Wyes

Kencraft's Sheet Metal Wyes, also referred to as tee's, are all constructed out of 24 gauge Glavanized Sheet Metal with bent spot welded tabs. The seam around the branches are caulked. Each wye has one crimped end on the straight section.

When selecting your wye branches, you should use wyes whose branches enter the main line at 45 degrees. It helps minimize turbulance and the chance for dust and wood chips to settle in your ductwork. The branch of your wyes should not point straight up or straight down, however should come in to your pipe from the side.

These Sheet Metal Wyes are custom made for Kencraft. That means we can offer them at a lower cost than most other retailers. And, if simply using a reducer to get the set up you need will not work, we can have them made to custom fit your system. If you do not see the size you need on this list, send us your dimension requirements and we will quote a custom wye for you. Custom wyes typically take 2 weeks to be constructed.
